Pranayama

Utkatasana

During this asana, it is as if you are sitting on a chair. This asana increases your blood flow by accelerating your heartbeat. Along with this, it also helps in purifying your blood, removing toxins, and pumping oxygen. Due to this, your natural beauty comes to the fore. To do this asana, first of all, stand straight and keep your hands up. Now bend your knees slightly. After stopping in this state for 1520 seconds, come back to the normal position.
